Make you Capable Anywhere and Everywhere

Quickness is often a trait acquired on the mat by experience. Coordination and balance are interrelated in that a grappler measures his opponent, using a series of motions with hands, arms, and feet to lift, trip, drag, push, or pull his opponent to the mat under control. The grappler uses his momentum and his opponent’s momentum to set up takedowns.

Get Used to the Ground

We like being on our feet, but we might not always have the luck of staying on them. Practicing falling, rolling and being in strange environments teach a martial artist how to react and respond to situations that are less than favorable. This way you can become a martial artist who can defend his or herself from any situation.
